Below you will find information about the Team Excel, Leader Excel, Safe Leads, Care Leads and Health Leads Accreditation Programs. Training is delivered over 4-5 weeks online and we have programs running every second month.

We understand that each person has unique needs, which is why we offer flexible program options to suit your goals. You may choose to engage with the Team Excel program on its own, select any one of the Leads programs — Safe Leads, Care Leads, or Health Leads, or combine Team Excel with any of the Leads programs for a more comprehensive toolkit. These options are designed to provide you with the flexibility to tailor your learning journey to best support the work you want to do.

Accreditation for Team Excel Program

For coaches and facilitators

Accreditation is delivered online by Datadrivesinsight.com by one of our Master Practitioners. Once accredited, practitioners are able to manage programs, facilitate team debriefs and integrate the Team Excel program into their bespoke client offering.

The Team Excel program is run over 4 weeks and available every second month. The next dates available for 2025 are: August and October. The current scheduled dates for 2026 are: January, March and May. Please contact us for specific dates and times.

For coaches and facilitators

What's included?

1. Knowledge Hub

The Knowledge Hub is a central learning space designed to support Accredited Practitioners throughout their journey.

It provides:

  • Micro-learning content to build understanding of tools, concepts, and methodologies
  • Practitioner manuals and self-development guides for practical, real-world application
  • Accreditation courses and learning pathways to support capability growth
  • Help articles and FAQs to support confident, independent use of the platform
  • The Knowledge Hub ensures practitioners have consistent access to guidance, learning, and reference materials when working with clients.

2. Resource Centre

The Resource Centre equips Accredited Practitioners with ready-to-use materials to confidently engage clients and deliver programs.

It includes:

  • Business development and marketing resources to support client conversations
  • Program launch and delivery tools, including templates, slides, reports, and communication assets
  • Sample reports and debrief materials to support professional, consistent delivery
  • Practical resources designed to save time and reduce duplication of effort
  • The Resource Centre enables practitioners to focus on value creation rather than asset development.

3. Certification

The Certification pathway formally recognises a practitioner’s capability to deliver Data Drives Insight programs to a high standard.

It provides:

  • Structured learning and assessment aligned to Data Drives Insight methodology
  • Clear standards for ethical, consistent, and high-quality program delivery
  • Formal accreditation that builds credibility and trust with clients
  • Ongoing recognition of practitioner expertise and professional development
  • Certification ensures confidence for both practitioners and clients that programs are delivered with rigour, integrity, and impact.
