Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Datadrivesinsight.com community.
Below you will find information about the Team Excel, Leader Excel, Safe Leads, Care Leads and Health Leads Accreditation Programs. Training is delivered over 4-5 weeks online and we have programs running every second month.
We understand that each person has unique needs, which is why we offer flexible program options to suit your goals. You may choose to engage with the Team Excel program on its own, select any one of the Leads programs — Safe Leads, Care Leads, or Health Leads, or combine Team Excel with any of the Leads programs for a more comprehensive toolkit. These options are designed to provide you with the flexibility to tailor your learning journey to best support the work you want to do.

Accreditation: Uplifting Care Leader Capability and Performance
Accreditation for Team Excel Program
For coaches and facilitators
Accreditation is delivered online by Datadrivesinsight.com by one of our Master Practitioners. Once accredited, practitioners are able to manage programs, facilitate team debriefs and integrate the Team Excel program into their bespoke client offering.
The Team Excel program is run over 4 weeks and available every second month. The next dates available for 2025 are: August and October. The current scheduled dates for 2026 are: January, March and May. Please contact us for specific dates and times.

There are three key elements to the program:
- Online Modules (approx. 3-6hrs)
- Virtual classroom session (approx. 3.5hrs)| Usually 9.00am-12.30pm WST
- Delivering pilot projects (approx. 8hrs)

Part of the accreditation is a pilot project; Completing the Team Excel with a team
The pilot enables practitioners to translate classroom learning through observation, practice, feedback and reflection.
DDI Master Practitioners will partner with you to deliver your pilots helping you to plan, prepare and deliver each one.
More information will be provided in the information session at the beginning of each program.
DDI Accredited Practitioners are required to participate in professional development organised and/or host by DDI.
Opportunities include:
- Utilising blogs, research and insights shared via the portal
- Attending virtual information sessions, master classes or product updates
- Sharing case studies, learnings and questions that come from your work with the programs and solutions.
You will be able to see what's on via the events page and we will reach out to you to see what else you will find valuable for your ongoing work.
